Roles and Responsibilities

Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and monitor social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and brand voice.
Analytics and Reporting: Track performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Hootsuite, providing detailed reports to optimize future strategies.
Audience Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a strong community and enhance customer relationships.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and algorithms to ensure content remains relevant and competitive.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all social platforms, adhering to Web Jeevan’s guidelines.
Ad Management: Manage paid social media campaigns, optimizing budgets and targeting to maximize ROI.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience: Minimum of 6 months in social media management or digital marketing.
Content Creation Skills: Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar for creating visuals and videos.
Analytical Skills: Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Sprout Social, or Buffer to track performance.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting engaging posts and interacting with audiences.
Trend Awareness: Deep understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices across platforms.
