Roles and Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and monitor social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and brand voice.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Hootsuite, providing detailed reports to optimize future strategies.
  • Audience Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a strong community and enhance customer relationships.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and algorithms to ensure content remains relevant and competitive.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months in social media management or digital marketing.

  • Analytical Skills: Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Sprout Social, or Buffer to track performance.
