Roles and Responsibilities

Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure smooth execution.
Team Coordination: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration between developers, designers, and other stakeholders.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, providing updates, and resolving concerns promptly.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure projects stay on track despite challenges.
Budget Oversight: Monitor project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet Web Jeevan’s standards and client specifications through rigorous quality checks.
Agile Methodology: Implement and manage Agile or Scrum frameworks to enhance team productivity and adaptability.
Reporting: Prepare and present detailed project reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and outcomes.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field; PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 6 months of project management experience in IT, web development, or a related industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana, and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients and team members.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions quickly.
