Web Jeevan is seeking a skilled and proactive Collaboration Tools Administrator to join our innovative IT team. Roles and Responsibilities

Platform Management: Administer and maintain collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom, and other platforms to ensure high availability and performance.
User Support: Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting issues related to collaboration tools, including account setup, permissions, and connectivity problems.
System Optimization: Configure and customize collaboration platforms to meet organizational needs, including setting up channels, integrations, and automation workflows.
Security Compliance: Implement and monitor security protocols to protect sensitive data shared through collaboration tools, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and conduct sessions to educate employees on effective use of collaboration tools, creating user guides and FAQs.
Integration Management: Integrate collaboration tools with other enterprise systems, such as project management software and CRMs, to streamline workflows.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance, analyze usage metrics, and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize tool adoption.
Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with software vendors for updates, licensing, and issue resolution, ensuring tools remain up-to-date and functional.
Policy Development: Create and enforce policies for tool usage, ensuring best practices for communication and data sharing across teams.
Innovation and Upgrades: Stay updated on emerging collaboration technologies, recommending and implementing upgrades to enhance team productivity.

Qualifications and Skills

Technical Expertise: Proficiency in managing collaboration platforms like Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom, or similar tools.
Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in IT administration, with a focus on collaboration tools or system administration.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and provide effective solutions to ensure minimal downtime.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with users and conduct training sessions.
