Roles and Responsibilities

  • Platform Management: Administer and maintain collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom, and other platforms to ensure high availability and performance.
  • User Support: Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting issues related to collaboration tools, including account setup, permissions, and connectivity problems.
  • System Optimization: Configure and customize collaboration platforms to meet organizational needs, including setting up channels, integrations, and automation workflows.
  • Security Compliance: Implement and monitor security protocols to protect sensitive data shared through collaboration tools, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and conduct sessions to educate employees on effective use of collaboration tools, creating user guides and FAQs.
  • Integration Management: Integrate collaboration tools with other enterprise systems, such as project management software and CRMs, to streamline workflows.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance, analyze usage metrics, and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize tool adoption.

Qualifications and Skills
