Digital Marketing Manager

Web Jeevan is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our innovative team. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, and boost conversions. You will oversee campaigns across multiple channels, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. This position requires a creative, analytical, and strategic mindset to elevate Web Jeevan’s online presence and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Campaign Development: Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across platforms like Google Ads, social media, email, and SEO to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling content, including blogs, videos, and social media posts, aligned with brand objectives.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot, providing actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research, optimize on-page elements, and build backlinks to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee social media accounts, create engaging posts, and manage paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Budget Management: Plan and allocate marketing budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficient campaigns that deliver high returns.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with design, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign alignment with company goals.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital marketing tools to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and drip campaigns, to nurture leads and retain customers.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and email campaigns to optimize performance and increase conversion rates.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling content and collaborating with teams.
