Sales Operations Analyst

Web Jeevan is seeking a skilled and analytical Sales Operations Analyst to join our dynamic sales team. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Create and maintain detailed reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity.
  • Sales Forecasting: Develop accurate sales forecasts by leveraging historical data, market trends, and team input. Provide actionable insights to leadership for strategic planning and resource allocation.
  • Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and implement streamlined solutions to enhance productivity. Work with stakeholders to automate repetitive tasks and improve workflow efficiency.
  • CRM Management: Manage and maintain the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Train sales teams on CRM best practices and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, finance, and product teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals. Support the development of pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales team performance, providing insights to improve individual and team outcomes. Recommend incentive programs to motivate and reward high performers.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior to inform sales strategies. Present findings to leadership to guide decision-making.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure sales processes comply with company policies and industry regulations. Maintain accurate documentation of processes, reports, and analytics for audits and reviews.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Analytical Expertise: Strong proficiency in data analysis, with experience using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI to generate insights and reports.
  • CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM, including data management and reporting.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and implement process improvements in a dynamic environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Advanced certifications in data analysis or CRM systems are a plus.
  • Experience: A minimum of 6 months of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a similar role.
