Roles and Responsibilities

• Financial Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business improvement.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in preparing annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans to align with company objectives.
• Reporting: Develop and maintain detailed financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.
• Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to evaluate business performance and recommend strategies for improvement.
• Market Research: Conduct industry and market research to support strategic decision-making and identify competitive opportunities.
• Cost Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including accounting, marketing, and operations, to ensure financial strategies align with business goals.
• Compliance: Ensure financial practices comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Ad-Hoc Analysis: Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to support special projects, investments, or strategic initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A master’s degree or CFA/CPA certification is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or related roles.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex financial data and derive actionable insights.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present findings to diverse audiences.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve problems creatively in a fast-paced environment.
