Customer Success Manager

Web Jeevan is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will ensure our clients achieve their desired outcomes while using our services. You will act as a trusted advisor, fostering strong client relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and promoting retention and growth. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and clear understanding of our services.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Customer Advocacy: Understand client goals and advocate for their needs within the organization to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Success Planning: Develop and execute customer success plans, setting clear objectives and milestones to drive client satisfaction.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track client usage and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Upsell and Cross-sell Opportunities: Identify opportunities to expand client engagement through additional services or features.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively address client concerns, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve problems swiftly.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback to inform product and service improvements, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Training and Support: Provide training sessions and resources to help clients maximize the value of our offerings.
  • Retention Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to enhance client retention and reduce churn rates.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: A minimum of 6 months of experience in customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients and internal teams effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analytics platforms to track client metrics.
  • Empathy: A customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for helping clients succeed.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
