Community Engagement Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Community Building: Develop and maintain relationships with community members across platforms like social media, forums, and events to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, including social media posts, newsletters, and blogs, tailored to audience needs.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute virtual and in-person events, such as webinars, workshops, and meetups, to strengthen community ties.
  • Engagement Metrics: Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to assess the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Feedback Loop: Act as a bridge between the community and Web Jeevan, gathering feedback to inform product development and enhance user experience.
  • Brand Advocacy: Identify and nurture brand advocates and influencers to amplify Web Jeevan’s reach and credibility.
  • Crisis Management: Address community concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring positive resolutions to maintain brand reputation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with design, product, and customer support teams to align community initiatives with company goals.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months in community management, social media, or a related role.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication to engage diverse audiences effectively.
  • Digital Savvy: Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.
  • Event Planning: Experience organizing events, both virtual and in-person, with strong project management skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to address challenges creatively and maintain composure under pressure.
