Chatbot / AI Support Specialist

Web Jeevan is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Chatbot / AI Support Specialist to join our innovative team. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain cutting-edge chatbot solutions to enhance customer experiences. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless AI-driven support, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize user interactions. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Designing and developing intelligent chatbot systems using platforms like Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or similar tools.
  • Implementing AI solutions to handle customer inquiries, automate responses, and escalate complex issues to human agents when necessary.
  • Collaborating with developers and product teams to integrate chatbots with existing systems, including CRMs and e-commerce platforms.
  • Monitoring and analyzing chatbot performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize user satisfaction.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues related to chatbot functionality, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution.
  • Training AI models to improve natural language understanding and response accuracy over time.
  • Providing technical support to end-users, addressing their concerns and ensuring a smooth interaction with AI systems.
  • Documenting processes and maintaining detailed records of chatbot configurations, updates, and issue resolutions.
  • Staying updated on the latest AI and chatbot technologies to recommend innovative solutions for Web Jeevan’s clients.
  • Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations, such as GDPR, while handling user data.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Technical expertise in chatbot development platforms (e.g., Dialogflow, Rasa, or Microsoft Bot Framework).
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python, JavaScript, or Java, with experience in AI/ML libraries.
  • Understanding of NLP (Natural Language Processing) and its application in conversational AI.
  • Problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Communication skills to interact with team members and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in customer support or a related field, with a focus on improving user experiences.
  • A minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in chatbot development or AI support roles.
