Client Responsibilities

  • 3.1 Cooperation: The Client agrees to cooperate with Web Jeevan throughout the project, providing all necessary materials, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner.
  • 3.2 Content and Intellectual Property: The Client is responsible for providing all content, images, and intellectual property required for the website. The Client retains ownership of their intellectual property and grants Web Jeevan the necessary rights to use such materials for the purpose of website design and development.
  • 3.3 Accuracy of Information: The Client acknowledges that they are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content provided for the website. Web Jeevan is not liable for any inaccuracies or legal issues arising from the content provided by the Client.

Payment Terms

  • 4.1 Fees: The Client agrees to pay Web Jeevan the agreed-upon fees for the website design and development services. Fees may be subject to additional taxes or charges as applicable.

However, Web Jeevan does not guarantee that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted, and the Client acknowledges that minor errors or interruptions may occur.
  • 6.2 Limitation of Liability: Web Jeevan’s liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the services provided shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client for those services. Web Jeevan shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Termination

  • 7.1 Termination by Client: The Client may terminate the project at any time by providing written notice to Web Jeevan. In such cases, the Client may be liable for fees or expenses incurred up to the termination date.
  • 7.2 Termination by Web Jeevan: Web Jeevan reserves the right to terminate the project at any time if the Client fails to comply with these Terms or if it is unable to complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the Client will be refunded any fees paid for services not rendered.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
